Questions, answered
How is the price decided?
By a detailed Bill of Quantities. Before work starts we list every material, brand and quantity and price it — so your cost is fixed and visible, not a vague per-square-foot number that creeps up later.
Who actually builds — you or subcontractors?
Our own people. Engineers, masons, supervisors and finishing crew are on Ciara's payroll. We don't hand your home to strangers and disappear.
Can I really watch my site remotely?
Yes. Every site runs under CCTV from day one, and you get access on your phone — check progress any time, from anywhere, without a site visit.
Do you build outside Bengaluru?
Bengaluru is home base, and we also build in Davanagere as a service area — same in-house team, same fixed BOQ and warranties.
