Every Ciara home follows the same disciplined path — from the first walk on your plot to the day we hand over keys with warranties in writing.
Meet & brief
It starts at your plot, not our office. We walk the site, study the soil and orientation, and listen — how many floors, who lives where, what the house must do for your family in ten years, not just at housewarming. You get honest answers about what your plot can and cannot carry.

Design & BOQ
Our in-house architects draft plans around your routine and Vastu preferences, then engineering makes them buildable. Alongside the drawings you receive a detailed bill of quantities — every material, brand and quantity named. That BOQ locks your price. It cannot creep later, because it's in the contract.

Build, watched live
Construction runs with Ciara's own supervisors and labour — no subcontracting. A CCTV camera goes up on site from the first week, and you can open it on your phone whenever you like. Weekly progress updates come to your WhatsApp, and our engineers pick up the phone when you call.

Handover & warranty
You get the keys, the documents, and two warranties in writing: 10 years structural, 2 years waterproofing. After handover we stay reachable — the same team that built your home services these warranties, not a call centre.
